Return Policy

Returns

It is of our utmost interest to make sure that items delivered to you are of a good condition and correct. However, if you receive defective item(s), incorrect item(s) from the initial order, expired item(s) or missing item(s), you can put up a "Return and Refund" request to us. 


If you encounter any of the above situations, please email us at contactus@totyne.com within 3 days upon receiving of your order, subjected to the following terms and conditions:
• Item must be in their original purchase condition.
• All packaging of each item must remain unopened and not defaced in any manner.
• Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack, have to be returned as a whole set.
• Items that are labelled as "Non-returnable" and/or "Non-refundable" on our website www.totyne.com will not be accepted in our "Return and Refund" policy.

All return requests are to be submitted via email to contactus@totyne.com and the requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, subjected to approval. We will send you an email to notify you of whether your request is approved or rejected. All approved cases will be refunded with an eVoucher as a credit use for future purchases.
